Quality
We have carefully selected and audited our suppliers with regard to current EU supply chain regulations (CSDDD). We regularly record their quality processes as well as the required facilities and test options. All required evidence and certificates are available for every processing step within the supply chain. Upon request, these can be archived over the longer term in accordance with your instructions.
Tests and audits
Our supply partners meet all of the necessary quality criteria in accordance with the respective standards to be applied and stipulated in the orders.
Our producers are periodically certified in compliance with the standards by authorised monitoring bodies with regard to all elements of their quality processes:
- Quality organisation in the company and independence
- Factory Production Control Handbook, required documents and document flow with responsibility rules
- Markings and traceability of material flows including third-party raw materials
- Personnel qualifications and required certification
- Product- and company-specific application of Execution Classes
- Audit rules, etc.
In addition, we carry out order-related production and product audits with our customers. These can also be carried out by third parties (monitoring bodies) on behalf of the customer.
