Joining – Welding applications
Our welding technology supply range includes all kinds of precision-welded components including heavy steel- and mechanical engineering components. Depending on your requirements, the most suitable component-specific welding process is used in each case, to achieve optimum surface quality.
Our supply options:
We supply welded components in accordance with drawings. Our manufacturing partners have the necessary quality control processes (FPC manuals) as well as certification corresponding to the task and specified standard (EN, ANSI, ASTM, BIS, GOST etc.). This for example includes products welded using the appropriate welding process according to the following EN standards:
- EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2, 1090-3 – Steel and aluminium structures
- EN 3834-1-5 – Fusion welding
- EN 15085 – Rolling stock and locomotive construction
The most appropriate welding process in terms of the component and raw material is used in each case for our welded components and profiles, such as LASER, MIG, MAG, WIG, Plasma, UP etc., beam-welding systems, robots, welding cranes etc. are used for this purpose. The corresponding raw materials and heat treatment processes required for the construction are also integrated into the process.
